Program Rules and Reward Structure

1) The Sales Incentive Program is valid on any pieces from the Vlora manufactured pieces, including all items from the Vlora Collections and Custom Design pieces.

2) The incentive program is now a tiered system, based on Wholesale Cost. All rewards will be shipped to the retail store location without exception.

3) The value of Vlora’s Incentive Program is determined solely by Vlora and is subject to change without any prior notification.

4) The online incentive form must be filled out in full and submitted along with printed receipt copies (handwritten receipts will not be accepted) including the style number, date of purchase and selling price of the pieces.

5) Beginning March of 2025, all Rewards will be sent out in the form of a Check made out to your name.

6) To comply with IRS regulations, please ensure you have submitted a completed W-9 form with your first submission of the Calendar Year. You only need to submit a W-9 form once per calendar year. We can only mail out a Rewards Check to you if we have a completed W-9 form on file. Please upload your completed W-9 form using the submission for at vlorarewards.com.

7) Reward points are non-transferable.

8) Vlora will verify all records and may ask for additional information.

9) Sales associates must be employees of an authorized Vlora retailer whose agreements and accounts are in good standing at the time prizes are awarded.

10) Sales associate acknowledges and agrees any applicable taxes and shipping shall be their responsibility.

11) All rewards will be distributed via single-use prepaid Vlora Debit Cards. Sales Associates should receive cards within 2-4 weeks of submission.

12) Beginning March 2025, all Rewards will be distributed via checks made out to your name. Sales Associates should receive cards within 4-5 weeks of submission.
